Delivery Methods and Instructions
Pickup and Delivery Services
- We only accept delivery services designated by us. The basic delivery fee is displayed on the payment page when the customer places an order, and the customer's payment indicates their agreement to pay this fee. Each order can only be shipped to the specified address.
- If there is no payment proof after placing an order, the order will be treated as abandoned.
- Additional remote area delivery fees may be charged for certain areas, and these fees must be paid by the customer.
- We will only respond to customers during business hours (to follow up on orders and answer customer inquiries). Our business hours are: Mon-Fri 10:00 - 18:00. We will respond as soon as possible outside of business hours.
In-Store Pickup Service
- If the customer chooses in-store pickup, the order will be treated as abandoned if the customer does not pick it up within 14 days after arrival, and no refund will be provided.
- Business hours are: Mon-Fri 10:00 - 18:00.
Delivery Time
- In-stock items will be shipped within 7 business days after the order is completed. Business days are based on our store's operating days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
- If an order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are available. If the customer wants the in-stock items to be shipped separately, an additional delivery fee will be charged.
Payment Methods and Procedures
- We only accept credit card, Octopus, Apple Pay, and Google Pay payments.
- All transactions are in Hong Kong dollars (HKD).
- If there is no payment proof after placing an order, the order will be treated as abandoned.
- We will only arrange shipment after confirming receipt of payment.
- After the order is shipped, the customer will receive an email notification with the tracking number and a website link to check the delivery status.

- For customers who choose to have their order delivered to a designated SF locker, they must pick up the order within the specified time limit set by SF Express. If the customer fails to pick up the order on time, the item will be returned to our store. For all items returned to our store, the customer must contact us to confirm the receiving method and bear the cost of re-delivery.
- The actual delivery time (calculated from the shipping date) will be based on the information provided by the delivery company. Delivery may be delayed due to statutory holidays or adverse weather conditions.
- Customers must provide an accurate delivery address and phone number. We are not responsible for any delays, lost deliveries, or additional transportation expenses caused by incomplete or inaccurate customer information.
- If the customer fails to pick up the order on time, the delivery company and their warehouse may charge storage fees, which the customer will be responsible for.
