Shipping methods
Our store uses SF Express service. Packages can be picked up at your residential or commercial address, SF Locker, SF Station, or convenience stores.
※ To ensure correct delivery, please use Chinese addresses as much as possible.
※ When using SF Express service, please be sure to fill in the station code and region (check station code here).
※ For the contact phone number, please only enter an 8-digit phone number, do not include the 852 area code or spaces.
※ If the basic order information (including: delivery address/contact phone number) is not provided or entered incorrectly, the order will only be kept for 7 working days, and the goods will not be held. The order will be arranged for delivery after the customer provides the correct information (the order will be automatically cancelled and refunded after 7 days).
Shipping process
After placing an order, the item will be packaged and shipped from the warehouse. After shipment, the item will be delivered to the customer by the logistics company. The package tracking number can be found in your account under "Order History", and each package will have its own tracking number.
You will receive email notifications on the day of shipment and when the package arrives.
※ There will be a phone call to notify the customer on the day of delivery.
Package Inquiry
After the order is placed (i.e., payment is successful), the item will generally be delivered within 7 to 10 working days (pre-order/sold-out items will be arranged according to the arrival date of the item). The delivery time may vary depending on the circumstances and logistics method used on the day. You will receive an email notification after the package is shipped.
※ Working days are weekdays (Monday to Friday); public holidays and statutory holidays are non-working days.
The package tracking number will be generated within approximately 3 to 5 working days after the order is placed, and you can check it on the order record on the website.
※ Please note that after the tracking number is updated on the website, it may take 48-72 hours for the package tracking page to be updated. If there is no record temporarily, please try again later.
