Return Policy


Return and Exchange Policy and Deadlines

If you discover that the product is damaged and need to return it, please contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving the item, and provide your "Name", "Order Number", "Contact Number", "Name of the Product to be Returned/Exchanged", and the "Reason for Return/Exchange and Photos". Our customer service will then assist you with the return/exchange process. We only allow one exchange, and do not offer refunds. If the return/exchange process is not handled according to our customer service's instructions, we reserve the right to refuse the return/exchange.

Return and Exchange Policy

  1. All products are non-refundable once delivered.
  2. Please ensure the product and its packaging are complete. The returned product must be unused and unopened, or not damaged due to human factors, and the complete original packaging (including the outer bag) must be retained, otherwise the return will not be accepted.
  3. Each order is eligible for one exchange only. If the customer finds quality issues or defects in the product after receiving it, they must first notify our customer service to initiate the relevant return procedure. The product can only be repackaged and returned to the store after confirmation by our customer service. (No refunds are available)
  4. As the model numbers of the products are clearly stated on the website, customers should carefully select the appropriate model before purchasing. Except for damage issues, no returns or exchanges will be accepted for sold products.
  5. Once it is confirmed that the customer's purchased product meets the return/exchange criteria, a staff member will contact the customer to arrange the relevant return/exchange process. The customer needs to go to the store to complete the return/exchange procedure.
  6. Due to hygiene concerns, products that have been opened and used cannot be returned or exchanged.
  7. No refunds are available for pre-order products.
  8. All product images are for reference only, and the actual product will prevail. If the product does not meet the customer's personal preferences or quality expectations, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
  9. Customers should ensure the recipient's name, phone number, and delivery address are correct when placing an order online. Any costs incurred due to delays in item collection or third-party theft caused by incorrect information provided by the customer will be the customer's responsibility.
  10. No refunds will be accepted due to delays in shipment caused by the supplier's shipping/delivery schedule.

The following cases are not eligible for returns:

  1. Products beyond the 7-day inspection period.
  2. Products that have been opened and used, or damaged due to human factors such as stains, malfunctions, damage, wear and tear, scratches, or dirt.
  3. Products with incomplete or damaged packaging.
  4. Malicious or excessive returns. Customers who apply for returns/refunds due to personal reasons and then re-order the same product will not be able to request another return/refund.


Return Procedure

Contact customer service → Confirm eligibility for exchange → Customer service will contact the customer when the replacement item is ready → Customer brings back the complete, unused product to the store for the exchange procedure.
